Aamras with Kesar

POWDERED SUGAR 1 CUP
CHILLED MILK 21/2 CUPS
RIPE MANGOES 1 KG
SAFFRON ΒΌ TSP

METHOD:

  1. Peel mangoes and chop them into cubes.
  2. In a blender , add mango cubes , milk , sugar and saffron. Blend it until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into small bowls.
  4. Serve it chilled.
  5. Garnish with dry fruits.
