Aloo Jeera

BOILED POTATO 200 GM
OIL 50 ML
CUMIN SEEDS 10 GM
TOMATOES(CHOPPED) 100 GM
ONION(CHOPPED) 1
GINGER-GARLIC PASTE 3 TSP
TURMERIC 1 TSP
RED CHILII POWDER 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA ½ TSP
CORIANDER POWDER 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES (CHOPPED FINELY) 2 TSP
SALT AS PER TASTE

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add jeera until they crackle.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry until golden.
  3. Add chopped onions and add the potatoes.Add all the spicesand mix well for 3-4 mins.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins on a low flame.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with breads.
