Apple Breakfast Bread

APPLES (PEELED , CORED AND CHOPPED) 2
EGGS 2
BAKING SODA 1 TSP
SALT ½ TSP
BUTTER ½ CUP
SUGAR 1 CUP
FLOUR 2 CUPS
CLOVES ½ TSP
CINNAMON 1 TSP

METHOD:

  1. Heat up the oven to 350 degrees f and grease the loaf pan.
  2. Take a bowl , stir butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add beaten eggs.
  3. Take a separate bowl and mix salt , baking soda , cloves , flour and cinnamon.
  4. Add the flour mixture into butter mixture until moistened.
  5. Toss apples and bake for an hour and allow the pan to cool for 15 minutes.
  6. Apple breakfast bread is ready to serve.
