- Soak almonds in hot water for 20 mins.
- Peel off the skin and deep fry the almonds.
- 3. Cut all the vegetables and slice onion.
- Cook all the vegetables along with ajinimoto powder in heated oil.
- Mix cornflour in 11/2 cups of water and add the same with vegetables.
- Add almonds,sugar and salt.Cook for 10-15 mins.
- Serve hot with any bread or chappati.
