Ananas Ka Meetha

MEDIUM SIZED PINEAPPLE(CHOPPED) 1
GHEE 3 TSP
KHOYA (GRATED) 2 CUPS
SUGAR ¼ CUP
SUNFLOWER SEEDS (CHIRONJI) ¼ CUP
GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER 1 TSP
CASHEWNUTS 15-20

METHOD:

  1. Heat 11/2 tsp ghee in a kadhai and sauté the pineapple in it for five minutes until the water evaporates.
  2. Add sugar and stir till entirely dissolved.
  3. Now , add in the cardamom powder to the pineapple and cook for sometime.
  4. In another pan , heat the remaining ghee and add chironji and cashewnuts.
  5. Add it to the pineapple and mix well.
  6. Add khoya and cook till done.
  7. Serve hot , garnished with nuts.
