Bread Pakora

Bread 4pis
Besan(Gram flow) 250gm
Ajwain 1/2tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Amchur 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil to fry
  1. Cut bread into square pieces.
  2. In a bowl, add besan & all the above spices & ajwain to it.
  3. Add water & make a paste tandu.
  4. Dip each piece of bread into the butter.
  5. Deep fry it till it turns golden brown.
  6. Serve with chutney & tomato ketchup.
