| Besan(Gram flow) | 250gm |
| Ajwain | 1/2tsp |
| Red chili powder | 1tsp |
| Coriander powder | 1tsp |
| Amchur | 1/2tsp |
| Garam masala | 1/2tsp |
| Salt to taste | |
| Water as required | |
| Oil to fry |
- Cut bread into square pieces.
- In a bowl, add besan & all the above spices & ajwain to it.
- Add water & make a paste tandu.
- Dip each piece of bread into the butter.
- Deep fry it till it turns golden brown.
- Serve with chutney & tomato ketchup.
