- Steam cook carrots and grate them.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and then ginger-chilli paste.
- Add onions and fry till golden brown and tomatoes till water is absorbed.
- Add grated carrots,salt,mint-coriander leaves and fry well.
- Put this above mixture in between the breads and toast them.
- Serve wih ketchup and chutney.
