GRAM DAL 2 ½ CUP
RED CHILLIES 10
ONIONS(Sliced) 2
GREEN CHILLIES(Sliced) 2
MINT LEAVES(Chopped) 4 TSP
FRESH COCONUT(Grated) ½
JEERA 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

METHOD:

  1. Soak the dal overnight.Grind it with red and green chillies.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients .Shape into wadas and dep fry in oil.
  3. Serve with ketchup and green chutney.
