Chole Bhature

Maida 500gm
Curd 200gm
Baking powder 3tsp
Oil 3tsp


Soaked chana 500gm
Chopped onions 5
Garlic 1/2tsp
Ginger 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Pepper 1/2
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
  1. Mix maida, curd, oil and baking powder.
  2. Make smooth dough & keep it in a muslin cloth overnight.
  3. Heat the oil & add onions till it turns brown.
  4. Add garam masala & red chili powder.
  5. Then, make a ginger garlic paste add to the onion.
  6. Add salt, pepper & amchur.
  7. Fry it 5 – 10 min.
  8. Add soaked chana & water.
  9. Cook it till it turns thick.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.


  1. Roll out the ball from the dough, prepare it into bhatures
  2. Deep fry the bhatures from both the side.
  3. Serve with chole.
