| Curd | 200gm |
| Baking powder | 3tsp |

Chole
| Soaked chana | 500gm |
| Chopped onions | 5 |
| Garlic | 1/2tsp |
| Ginger | 1tsp |
| Garam masala | 1tsp |
| Red chili powder | 1tsp |
| Pepper | 1/2 |
| Salt to taste | |
| Oil for frying |
- Mix maida, curd, oil and baking powder.
- Make smooth dough & keep it in a muslin cloth overnight.
- Heat the oil & add onions till it turns brown.
- Add garam masala & red chili powder.
- Then, make a ginger garlic paste add to the onion.
- Add salt, pepper & amchur.
- Fry it 5 – 10 min.
- Add soaked chana & water.
- Cook it till it turns thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Bhature
- Roll out the ball from the dough, prepare it into bhatures
- Deep fry the bhatures from both the side.
- Serve with chole.
