ATTA 2 CUPS
PURE GHEE MELTED ½ CUP
SUJI (SEMOLINA) 4 TSP
POWDERED SUGAR ¾ CUP
GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER ¼ TSP
CASHEWNUTS CHOPPED 10
ALMONDS 10
RAISINS 10
MILK AS REQUIRED

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl , mix atta and suji and half cup of ghee to it and mix.
  2. Add milk as required and kneed into a stiff dough and roll out twelve lemon sized balls.
  3. In a kadhai , heat sufficient ghee and deep fry the balls till done.
  4. Drain and place on an absorbent paper and cool.
  5. In a mixer , grind the balls to a coarse mixture.
  6. Add powdered sugar , cardamom powder , cashewnuts , almonds and raisins and mix.
  7. Serve with ghee.
