Corn Chaat

CORN(BOILED) 200 GM
ONION(FINELY CHOPPED) 2
GREEN CHILLIES(FINELY CHOPPED) 3-4
JEERA 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER ½ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES(FINELY CHOPPED) 3-4 TSP
LEMON JUICE 1-2 TSP
SALT TO TASTE  
OIL  

METHOD:

  1. In a pan,heat oil and add jeera.
  2. Add onions and chillies and fry for 5-10 mins.
  3. Add corn and all the above spices.
  4. Sprinkle some lemon juice over the chaat.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
