Corn Vada

CORNFLOUR 2 CUP
WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP
YOGHURT 1 CUP
FRESH GINGER PASTE 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLIES ½ TSP
TILL(SESAME SEEDS) 1 TSP
SUGAR 1 TSP
METHI(FRESH CHOPPED) 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES(FINELY CHOPPED) 1 TSP
ENO ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
TURMERIC 1 TSP
AJWAIN 1/2 TSP(SMALL)
SALT TO TASTE  
OIL FOR FRYING  

METHOD:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and make a dough.
  2. Leave overnight or for 2-3 hrs.
  3. Make small balls and pat them into flat vadas.
  4. Deep fry it till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
