CONDENSED MILK SWEETENED 500 GM
PANEER ½ KG
ELAICHI 4
CREAM MILK POWDER 1 TSP
SILVER LEAF

METHOD:

  1. Mash the paneer coarsely and add the milk powder,condensed powder and mix well.
  2. Heat the above mixture in a thick bottomed pan for about 10 mins with constant stirring.
  3. Continue cooking till the mixture becomes thick.Remove from the fire and spread it on a greased plate.
  4. Sprinkle elaichi powder on the top and also top it with the silver leaf.
  5. Cool it and cut into square pieces.
