CONDENSED MILK SWEETENED 250 GM
SUJI OR SEMOLINA 1 CUP
GHEE ¾ CUP
WATER 4 cups
KESARI POWDER YELLOW A HANDFUL
CASHEWS AND RAISINS 2

METHOD:

  1. Heat the ghee and fry the cashews and raisins and keep aside.
  2. Fry the semolina in the ghee till it turns brown.
  3. Add the kesari powder to the two cups water and add semolina.
  4. Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.
  5. Then add the condensed and keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  6. Put on a greased plate and when cooled cut into the desired shapes.
  7. Serve garnished with the roasted cashews and raisins.
