Kheer

MILK 2 LITRES
SUGAR 4 TSP
RICE 3-4 TSP
FEW RAISINS
CHOPPED ALMONDS
CHOPPED CASHEW NUTS

METHOD:

  1. Heat milk in a large pan.
  2. Simmer till it is reduced to 3 quarters its original volume.
  3. Add rice and continue cooking until milk is reduced to half and thickens.
  4. Add sugar and nuts , bring to boil.
  5. Cool and serve.
