Makki Di Roti

MAIZE FLOUR 2 CUPS
PLAIN FLOUR 1 FISTFUL
OIL 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
WATER TO KNEAD

METHOD:

  1. Mix maize flour,oil and salt.
  2. Knead in a soft dough,adding very little water.
  3. When the dough is very smooth and soft,bread a lump.
  4. Shape into a ball to make a thin roti.
  5. Make a thin roti by using dry plain flour.
  6. Roast on tawa by cooking from both the sides till crisp.
  7. Drizzle with ghee or butter.
  8. Serve hot with sarson ka saag.
