Malai Kulfi

FULL CREAM MILK 2-1/2 CUPS
CONDENSED MILK ½ CUP
MILK POWDER ¼ CUP
CARDAMOM POWDER ½ TSP

METHOD:

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Now add the cardamom powder and lower the flame.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes till the mixture thickens. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Pour into kulfi moulds and freeze overnight till firm.
  5. Cream kulfi or malai kulfi is ready.
