For making Idli
|
- In suji add curd (sieved), oil, salt, eno water.
- Make a batter not so thick not so watery.
- Grease the idli moulds with oil.
- Put the batter in the moulds steam it for 10 – 15 min.
- Cut idli into four pieces.

Masala
|
- Take a pan, add ghee all the above vegetables into it.
- Add all the above spices into the vegetables 2 min well.
- Cook it for 5-7 min, it the vegetables be crisp.
- Add Idli into the above vegetables mixture 2 min well.
- Add tomato ketchup.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
