Mirchi(Chilli) Pakora

MIRCHI(CHILLI)BIG 10
GRAM FLOUR(BESAN) ½ CUP
SUJI 2 TSP
RICE FLOUR 2 TSP
ROASTED PEANUTS 2 TSP
ROASTED SESAME SEEDS 1 TSP
AJWAIN 1 TSP
SUGAR ½ TSP
TAMARIND PINCH OF
SALT TO TASTE
BAKING POWDER
OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

METHOD:

  1. Make a paste with peanuts,sesame seeds,sugar,salt,tamarind and ajwain.It should be thick.
  2. Slit the chillies,remove seeds and stuff with above paste.
  3. Make a thick batter by adding gram flour,suji,rice flour,baking powder,salt and water.
  4. Dip the chillies in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  5. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
