Mix Veg Parantha

MIXED VEDETABLES(POTATO,ONION,BEANS) 1 CUP
WHEAT FLOUR 11/2 CUP
GREEN CHILLIES 3-4
GARAM MASALA 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES 3 TSP
GHEE FOR FRYING
SALT TO TASTE

METHOD:

  1. Knead a soft dough with wheat flour and salt.
  2. Add garam masala,salt,green chillies and coriander leaves into the vegetables and mash them properly.
  3. Take a one portion of the dough,roll out into small chapathis, place one portion of mashed vegetables into the centre of the chapati and seal carefully on all sides.
  4. Roll out again into chapathis about half cm thick dusting with flour to prevent chapatti from sticking the board.
  5. Bake or fry on tawa by adding ghee to both sides till nicely golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
