Moong Dal Chilla

MOONG DAL(SOAKED & GRINDED) 200 GM
COTTAGE CHEESE(PANEER) 250 GM
GREEN CHILLIES 1 TSP
ONION(FINELY CHOPPED) 2
BLACK PEPPER 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL

METHOD:

  1. In grinded moong dal,add red chilli powder and salt.Mix well.
  2. Put it aside for 5-10 mins.
  3. In another bowl,take paneer,green chillies,coriander leaves,onion and mix well.
  4. Add black pepper and salt to it.
  5. Make chilla by spreading the paste on non stick tawa.
  6. Fill the chilla with paneer stuffing.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
