| Moong dal (soaked & grinded) | 200gm |
| Paneer(Grated) | 250gm |
| Green chilies | 1tsp |
| Coriander leaves | 2tsp |
| Onion finely chopped | 2 |
| Salt to taste | |
| Black pepper | 1tsp |
| Red chili powder | 1tsp |
| Oil |
- In grinded moong dal, make a paste & add red chili powder & salt to it. Mix well.
- Put it aside for 5-10 min.
- In another bowl, take paneer, green chilies, coriander leaves, onions & mix well. Add black pepper & salt
- Make chilla by spreading the paste on tawa.
- Fill the filling of paneer into the chilla.
- Serve hot with chutney.
