Moong Dal Chilla

Moong dal (soaked & grinded) 200gm
Paneer(Grated) 250gm
Green chilies 1tsp
Coriander leaves 2tsp
Onion finely chopped 2
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Oil
  1. In grinded moong dal, make a paste & add red chili powder & salt to it. Mix well.
  2. Put it aside for 5-10 min.
  3. In another bowl, take paneer, green chilies, coriander leaves, onions & mix well. Add black pepper & salt
  4. Make chilla by spreading the paste on tawa.
  5. Fill the filling of paneer into the chilla.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
