Orange Pudding

MILK 3 CUP
MAIDA 2 TSP
GELATIN 2 TSP
BUTTER 2 TSP
SUGAR 3 TSP
ORANGE JUICE 3 TSP
ORANGE JAM AND MINT LEAVES FOR GARNISH

METHOD:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients except orange jam and mint leaves.
  2. Bake this material at 180 degree for 8-10 mins in pudding mould.
  3. Let it cool and take out from the moulds.
  4. Serve with jam and mint leaves.
