Palak Dosa

RICE FLOUR 1 CUP
WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP
GRAM FLOUR 1 CUP
MAIDA 1 CUP
SUJI 1 CUP
PALAK(SPINACH)( FINELY CHOPPED) 1 CUP
GINGER(FINELY CHOPPED) 1 SMALL TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES(FINELY CHOPPED) 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL FOR FRYING
WATER FOR MIXING AS REQUIRED

METHOD:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and add water to make a fine batter.
  2. Heat a non stick tawa and grease with oil.
  3. Pour the batter and spread it in a circular shape dosa ,add little oil to it,if required.
  4. Turn side and cook till golden brown.
  5. Serve with coconut chutney.
