Palak Paneer

PURED PALAK(SPINACH) 11/2 CUP                            
PANEER(CUBED & LIGHTLY FRIED) 500 GM                                
GINGER-GARLIC PASTE 2 TSP  
ONION(GRATED) ½ CUP
TOMATO(CHOPPED FINE) 1 CUP 
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP 
GARAM MASALA ¼ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER ½ TSP                                   
CORIANDER POWDER 1 TSP 
BAY LEAVES 1-2      
OIL ¼ CUP
SALT TO TASTE

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, when it splutters, add bay leaves,  ginger-garlic paste, and sauté till a light brown.
  2. Add onions and sauté till a golden brown, then add tomatoes  and stir fry over medium heat.
  3. Add all the spices to it and stir well till mixed.
  4. Add palak and sauté for 2-3 mins and add paneer.
  5. Turn around a few times and serve hot.
