RGICE FLOUR 250 GM
COOKED RICE 250 GM
COCONUT MILK ½ TIN
GHEE 20 ML
SALT TO TASTE

METHOD:

  1. In a blender grind cooked rice with enough coconut milk to make a smooth batter.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and paste with the rice flour and make a hard dough.
  3. Make the balls and roll into chappatis shape.
  4. Serve with any curry or chutney.
