Paneer Bread Pakora

BREAD 4 SLICES 

PANEER(COTTAGE CHEESE)

2 THIN SLICES
BESAN 80 GM
SALT AND AJWAIN TO TASTE  
OIL FOR FRYING  

METHOD:

  1. Mix besan,salt and ajwain in a bowl.add water and make batter.
  2. Sprinkle little ajwain and salt on paneer slices.
  3. Put paneer between two slices of bread and cut in triangles.
  4. Dip in batter and deep fry in smoking hot oil.
  5. Drain on a paper.
  6. Serve hot with gren chutney and ketchup.
