| Red chili powder |

| Chaat masala |

| Garam masala |

| Amchur (Mango powder) |

| Cooking soda |
1/2tsp |
| Salt to taste |

| Water as requirement |

| Oil to fry |

- Cut the Paneer into thick square pieces.
- Sprinkle amchur & red chili powder on the Paneer pieces.
- Mix the besan, soda, salt, garam masala, red chili powder in a separate bowl.
- Add some water to the mixture to make it thick batter.
- Dip each piece of the Paneer in this batter.
- Deep fry in heated oil till golden brown.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on the pakoras.
