Papad Roll

PAPAD 4
POTATOES (BOILED AND MASHED) 4
GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED FINELY) 1
CORIANDER LEAVES 1 TSP
LEMON ½
RED CHILLI POWDER ¼ TSP
GARAM MASALA ¼ TSP
SUGAR ¼ TSP
GRAM FLOUR 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL FOR FRYING

METHOD:

  1. Mix potatoes , green chillies , coriander leaves , lemon and all the spices properly.
  2. Dip papad in water and take them out.
  3. Now roll potatoes into papad and roll papad also.
  4. Seal the corners with gram flour batter.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all papad rolls until golden brown.
  6. Cut them into long pieces.
  7. Serve with chutney.
