Papad Sabzi

PAPAD(FRIED AND BROKENINTO 222/3 INCH PIECES) 200 GM
YOGHURT 300 GM
GINGER-GARLIC PASTE 3 TSP
GREEN CHILLIES 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER 2 TSP
GHEE 5 TSP
SALT TO TASTE

METHOD:

  1. Add cumin seeds to heated oil.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and all the above spices.
  3. Fry for 3-4 mins .Add the beaten yoghurt and fry for another 2 mins.
  4. Add one cup of water and bring to boil.
  5. Put the papad pieces into the boiling gravy and cook for 5-6 mins.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander.
