Pav Bhaji

Potato 3
Boiled peas 250gm
Capsicum 1
Chopped onions 2
Chopped tomato 3
Garlic 2tsp
Butter 6tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
  1. Cut all the vegetable into small pieces.
  2. Put onions in melted butter.
  3. Add vegetables, garlic above spies, mix it well.
  4. Cook till it turns tendu.
  5. Add butter & cook for 5 min.
  6. Serve with paavs & tomato ketchup.
