Pav Bhaji

POTATOES 3
BOILED PEAS 250 GM
CAPSICUM 1
ONION (FINELY CHOPPED) 2
TOMATOES (FINELY CHOPPED) 3
GARLIC 2 TSP
BUTTER 6 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER 1 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER 1 TSP
PAVBHAJI MASALA 2 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES (FINELY CHOPPED) 2 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
PAVS OR BUNS
  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Put onion in melted butter.
  3. Add garlic,vegetables and above spices,mix it well.
  4. Cook till it turns tender.
  5. Add 2 tsp butter and cook for 6-7 mins.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with pavs and ketchup.
