Peach Icecream

PEACHES, PITTED AND CHOPPED 10
EGGS (BEATEN) 6
HEAVY CREAM 4 CUPS
SALT ¾ TSP
HALF-AND –HALF CREAM 2 CUPS
VANILLA EXTRACT 2 TSP
WHITE SUGAR 3 ½ CUPS
  1. Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl until tender.
  2. Puree peaches in blender and stir 5 cups of puree into egg mixture.
  3. Stir in half-and-half cream , vanilla extract and salt and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into freezer canister of icecream maker and freeze.
  5. Serve with chopped nuts and wafers.
