Plain Parantha

FLOUR 1 CUP
GARAM MASALA ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER ½ TSP
SALT TO TASTE
GHEE FOR DEEP FRYING

METHOD:

  1. Knead the flour into dough.Then roll the dough into a shape of a chapatti.
  2. Sprinkle red cilli powder,salt and garam masala.
  3. Smear ghee on it,mix and spread it evenly.
  4. Fry on tawa to both sides by putting ghee till golden brown.
  5. Plain parantha is ready to eat.
  6. Serve hot with pickle,curry or curd.
