Potato Kurma

POTATOES(CUT INTO SMALL CUBES) 500 GM
ONION(CHOPPED FINELY) 4
GINGER-GARLIC PASTE 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLIES(CHOPPED FINELY) 2
BOILED MILK 2.5 CUPS
RED CHILLI POWDER ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER ½ TSP
GARAM MASALA 1 TSP

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  2. Add cumin and mustard seeds.Fry onions,ginger-garlic paste, green chillies till light brown.
  3. Add all the above spices and potatoes.
  4. Mix well.Add boiled milk to the mixture.
  5. Wait until poato gets properly cooked.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander and grren chillies.
  7. Serve hot with any rice or chappati.
