Potato Vada

Potato (boiled) 1/2kg
Onion 2
Tomato 2
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1tsp
Amchur (Dried mango powder) 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Cumin seed powder 1tsp
Ghee for frying
Salt to taste
  1. Mash the burled potatoes and add salt to it.
  2. Cut onion & tomato into small pieces.
  3. Prepare small potato vada & fry them from both the sides till they became golden brown.
  4. Poke potato vadas with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle red chili powder, amchur.
  6. Add coriander leaves, onion & tomato
  7. Mix thoroughly.
