- Mash the burled potatoes and add salt to it.
- Cut onion & tomato into small pieces.
- Prepare small potato vada & fry them from both the sides till they became golden brown.
- Poke potato vadas with a fork.
- Sprinkle red chili powder, amchur.
- Add coriander leaves, onion & tomato
- Mix thoroughly.
