CONDENSED MILK SWEETENED 400 GMS
SUJI OR SEMOLINA 21/2 CUP
GHEE 3 TSP
CARDAMOM POWDER ½ TSP

METHOD:

  1. In a kadai , fry the semolina till it is brown.
  2. Add the ghee and roast for 10 mins.
  3. Add the condensed milk and cardamom powder and stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Remove from the fire and make into laddoos with greased palm.
  5. Granish with roasted cashews and raisins.
