Sabudana Vada

SABUDANA 11/2 CUP
POTATO(BOILED,MASHED)1 3 MEDIUM
PEANUTS(ROASTED,COARSLY GROUNDED) 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLIES(FINELY CHOPPED) 3
CORIANDER LEAVES(FINELY CHOPPED) 2 TSP
LEMON JUICE 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
OIL FOR FRYING

METHOD:

  1. Soak the sabudana in enough water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain off excess water.Mix the above ingredients except oil to sabudana(soaked).
  3. Mix thoroughly.Make the balls of the mixture,press with palm little bit.
  4. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  5. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
