Semiya Ki Kheer

SEMIYA OR VERMICILLI 200 GM
SUGAR ½ CUP
MILK ½ CUP
CONDENSED MILK ½ CUP
RAISINS ¼ CUP
CASHEWS ½ CUP
GREEN CARDAMOM 1 TSP
GHEE 2 TSP

METHOD:

  1. In a dish take ghee , semiya , raisins , cashews and cook on high flame for 5 mins with stirring in between.
  2. To this add milk and condensed milk and cook on high flame for 3-4 mins.
  3. Add the sugar and cardamoms and cook on medium flame for 8-10 mins till kheer becomes thick.
  4. Serve hot or cold as desired.
