WHOLE MILK 1 CUP
CONDENSED MILK ½ CUP
GHEE 4 TSP
SUJI OR SEMOLINA 4 TSP
CARDAMOM POWDER 1 TSP
RAISINS 2 TSP
ALMONDS SLICED FINE 1 TSP

METHOD:

  1. Melt the ghee in a non stick pan.
  2. Add the suji and fry until jte suji turns golden brown.
  3. Mix the milk and condensed milk in a pan and set aside.
  4. Add the suji to the milk mixture and add the cardamom powder and stir well.
  5. Cook until dry and the ghee separates from the suji.
  6. Add the raisins and mix well.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with almonds.
  8. Serve either hot or chilled.
