CURD 500 GMS
SUGAR(POWDERED) 20 GMS
CARDAMOM POWDER ΒΌ TSP
SAFFRON 1 PINCH
PISTACHIOS(CHOPPED) 1 TSP

METHOD:

  1. Pour fresh curd into a clean muslin cloth and tie inside the fridge for 2-3 hrs.
  2. Take out water completely and beat with sugar completely.
  3. Add saffron chopped pistachios.
  4. Serve cool
