Stuffed bread Pakora

Breads 8
gram flow(Besan) 500gm
Potato(boiled) 3
Onions finely chopped 1
Green chilies 1/2tsp
Coriander leave 1tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Water as required
Oil to fry
Ajwain 1/2tsp
  1. In a bowl , mash potato, add onions, green chili & coriander leaves & mix it well.
  2. Add all the spies in above mixture.
  3. In another bowl, take besan & add salt & ajwain to it.
  4. Add water 2 make a tendu paste.
  5. Now, take 2 breads, cut it info horizontally & place the potato mixture between the breads.
  6. Do the same, with rest of the breads.
  7. Dip these breads into the besan paste.
  8. Cover the bread with this paste.
  9. Deep fry from both the sides till golden brown.
  10. Sprinkle Chaat masala over it.
  11. Enjoy with chutney or tomato ketchup.
