- In a bowl , mash potato, add onions, green chili & coriander leaves & mix it well.
- Add all the spies in above mixture.
- In another bowl, take besan & add salt & ajwain to it.
- Add water 2 make a tendu paste.
- Now, take 2 breads, cut it info horizontally & place the potato mixture between the breads.
- Do the same, with rest of the breads.
- Dip these breads into the besan paste.
- Cover the bread with this paste.
- Deep fry from both the sides till golden brown.
- Sprinkle Chaat masala over it.
- Enjoy with chutney or tomato ketchup.
