Vegetable Cutlet

Potato(Boiled) 3
Beans(Chopped) 50gms
Carrot(Chopped) 2
Green Peas 30gms
Coriander Leaves (Finely chopped) 2tsp
Onion(Finely chopped) 1
Coriander powder 1tsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Red Chili 1tsp
Salt to taste 1tsp
Oil for frying 1tsp
Corn flour, toast powder 100 gm
  1. Boil all the vegetables in a deep pan to make them soft without onion potato.
  2. Mix all the boiled vegetables with onion mashed potato add all the above spices into it.
  3. Add corn flour to the dough.
  4. Make the round balls; dust it in toast powder deep fry in heated oil.
  5. Serve with chutney.
