| Poha | 2 Cup |
| Onion sliced | 2 |
| Capsicum sliced | 1 |
| Boiled peas | 1 Cup |
| Beans | 1 Cup |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2tsp |
| Salt to taste | |
| Sugar oil | 1/2smalltsp |
- Wash poha in running water. Keep it aside.
- Put oil in a pan, add all the vegetables & fry it.
- Add poha & spices into it.
- Mix well add sugar.
- Cook for 5 mins.
- Serve with chutney or ketchup.
