Vegetable Upma

SUZI(SEMOLINA) 300 GMS
ONION (FINELY CHOPPED) 2
BEANS 75 GM
CAPSICUM (FINELY CHOPPED) 2
GRATED COCONUT 2-3 TSP
GREEN CHILLIES(FINELY CHOPPED) 1-2 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
WATER AS PER REQUIRED
GHEE OR OIL

METHOD:

  1. Take a pan,put some ghee in it.
  2. Put all the vegetables and coconut and allow to fry for 4-5 mins.
  3. Add suji and water to the above.
  4. Put salt and black pepper and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle ome coriandr leaves on it.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
