Filling

- Mix aata, suji, salt and olive oil.
- Make a dough of above by mixing water gradually.
- Keep it covered for 30 min.

Filling

- Take a pan, put olive oil adds garlic & stirs it.
- Add all the vegetables & cook for 1 min.
- Add tomato paste, salt and sugar. Mix four – five mins.
- Remove from fire, sprinkle coriander leaves.
- Make the chapatis of dough.
- Cook the chapatis on non stick tawa.
- Fill the chapatis wrap with the prepared filling.
- Serve hot with chutney.
